Eventifi (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Eventifi mobile application (the “App”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

  • Authentication Data: We use Firebase Authentication to manage user accounts and secure sign-ins via email/password or Google. Firebase securely processes your credentials. We do not store your passwords on our servers.
  • App Usage & Local Data: Eventifi primarily stores your event schedules, tasks, and customizations locally on your device. If you use cloud-sync features or create an account, relevant data may be synced securely to our cloud database (Firebase Firestore) to ensure your data persists across devices.

2. Use of Data

Eventifi uses the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our App
  • To authenticate your account and secure your login status
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our App when you choose to do so
  • To provide customer support and respond to inquiries sent via our support form

3. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us. We utilize trusted third-party services like Google Firebase, which implements robust industry-standard security measures. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Effective Date” at the top.
